What is an escape room?
Escape Rooms are fully-immersive, cooperative challenge experiences for you and your friends. By cracking codes, finding clues, and completing puzzles, you will embark on an adventure that will force you, as you work together, to use your collective smarts and instincts to solve your way to freedom. Escape rooms are designed to promote communication and teamwork while providing an exhilarating experience for the players.
What is a puzzle wall?
Puzzle Walls are fully-immersive, cooperative challenge experiences for you and your friends. Puzzle walls are similar to escape rooms: by cracking codes, finding clues, and completing puzzles, you will be able to “escape” the room. However, instead of being “locked” in a room, our facility is open to explore as you and your group will have to find the clues and codes that are scattered throughout the premise. In other words, puzzle walls combine the puzzle-solving of an escape room with the seeking part of a scavenger hunt.
What is The Haunt?
The Haunt is an after dark live-action experience where you are a group of ghost hunters tasked with exorcising an unknown entity from our space. The entire premises is open for you to explore with the intent of interacting with the entity—whether it is safe to do so or not. There are a variety of possible entities, meaning the experience is repeatable. Each entity has its own quirks and challenges, so your group will have to cooperate to solve the mystery behind their haunting within the time limit.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book online by clicking here, call us at 419.903.0372, or you can walk in and schedule in person. However, we cannot guarantee an opening if you walk-in without a reservation and strongly recommend the previous two options.

Do you have private bookings?
Our escape rooms are private to you and your group at no additional charge. Our puzzle walls, however, are open-concept, and you will need to move through the building to find clues to fully enjoy your experience. Your booking will still be private, but you may interact with other customers as you move through the facility.
What is your booking / refund policy?
All experiences may be booked in person, over the phone, or online. Walk-ins are allowed, but we cannot guarantee an experience will be available if you and your group arrive without a previously scheduled booking.
All escape rooms require a minimum deposit of $25 when booked in-person or over the phone; full payment when booked online. To cancel and receive a full refund, the cancelation must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
The Haunt and similar experiences will require full payment at the time of the booking. To cancel and receive a full refund, the cancelation must be made at least 48 hours before the booking time.
When booking a party, we require a minimum deposit of half, including the party room, any booking reservations, etc. Unlike our other experiences, you will have to contact us to discuss pricing and availabilities. To cancel and receive a full refund, the cancelation must be made at least 72 hours before the booking time.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time. This gives us enough time to make sure any waivers are signed and participants are ready. If your group will be more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to run your experience.
What is the age limit?
Anyone can participate in our escape rooms. However, due to the complexity of some of the puzzles, we recommend participants be eight or older. Players who are 13 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult, and participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver before entering the room.
Any experience with an age limit will be listed under their specific experience. If you are unsure about whether an experience will be appropriate, feel free to contact us.
Are you actually locking us in?
No, the escape rooms are never locked. You may excuse yourself at any time for any reason; the door is always unlocked and accessible. If you require assistance entering or exiting the room, your gamemaster will be able to help.
Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?
Our rooms are accessible to most disabilities; however, we recommend calling us at 419.903.0372 where we can help you select the best experience for your specific needs.
What about food or drinks?
Food and drinks are not allowed in the escape rooms, and no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises, unless the downtown is hosting a DORA event. We do have a kitchen in our board game library area that houses light snacks, coffee, bottled drinks, and an ever-expanding menu of paninis and other delicious food. What is the Game Library?
A game library is simply a collection of board games that we maintain. We have a large selection (500+) for all types of gamers from deep strategy to party games. For a flat rate fee, you can stay as long as you want and play as many games as you want. Our friendly staff is even happy to teach you how to play something new! Do you have parking?
Street parking is available at no cost. A small lot is across the street while another large parking lot is nearby at 300-308 Luther St, Ashland, OH 44805.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We absolutely do sell gift certificates which are great to give for any occasion. Simply stop in while we are open to purchase one. Our current hours are posted on our homepage and most other pages. Give the gift of fun year-round!
